A family-run personal shopping service

FromUSA is run by family on both sides of the ocean. One of us is based in the United States and buys from real US stores. The other side is in India and handles communication, quotes, and delivery coordination.

We are not a big warehouse or a membership club. Every request is a real purchase made on your behalf.

Simpler than traditional forwarders

Many products available in the US — specialty skincare, exact car parts, niche gadgets — are hard to find or overpriced in India. Existing package forwarders often charge membership fees, storage fees, or complicated rate cards.

We wanted one clear fee: 10% or $20 minimum (whichever is higher) + real shipping, managed entirely over WhatsApp.
